CAUGHLEY & CO was founded in New York City in 2021 by Lauren Caughley. Originally from New Zealand, Lauren studied Interior Architecture at Victoria University, graduating with honors in 2009. Following her studies, Lauren moved to New York City where she spent 12 years working at SELLDORF ARCHITECTS & MORRIS ADJMI ARCHITECTS. Her experience ranges from exhibition and gallery design, single and multi-family residential homes, retail and boutique hotel design.
